Returns and Exchanges

You have a period of fifteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of your order. The return must be made in its original packaging intact with a copy of your invoice inside the package to clearly identify the origin of the return. The return costs remain your responsibility but in the case of an exchange we will offer you the delivery costs of your new order. For more information, please refer to the T&Cs.

The french white porcelain guarantee

All our pieces are handmade in France and made of white porcelain, with white porcelain paste called Limoges. We cannot have the controlled appellation because the pieces are made outside the department of Haute-Vienne.Find out how to care for your porcelain.
